generation funeral director in a family funeral business
that dates back to 1928. The family funeral home
is located in the "Olney" section of Philadelphia, an
economically challenged area. Thomas serves on the
Board of the Incarnation of Our Lord Church and was a
coach for the Special Olympics.

executive consultant firm for 21 years in Bala Cynwyd,
PA and the surrounding Philadelphia area. Rick is
a licensed personnel consultant, and has a Bachelors of
Science in Political Science. He is active in
community groups and athletic leagues.

Has worked for PNC Bank for 30 years,
and currently serves as the Vice President and Sales
Manager for Business Banking in the Southern New Jersey
market. Ms. Blue was born and raised and still
lives in Lansdowne, PA. She was Past Treasurer of
the Board of Ocean World, a condominium association in
Woodbine, New Jersey and is involved with her local
church.

Is a Certified Meeting Professional
and meeting manager who has worked in the Pharmaceutical
Medical Education industry for the past five years, and
worked previously in the same capacity for a major
international manufacturing corporation. Ms.
Meehan lived for many years in the U.S. Virgin Islands,
where she and her husband had a successful data
processing and accounting business, and a popular
restaurant. When in St. Thomas, Ms. Meehan was
active with the hospital auxiliary and is Past President
of The Inner Wheel Club of St. Thomas. She also
served on the Board of the Virgin Island Film Society
and coordinated many of the events associated with the
Virgin Island Film Festival.

Was born and raised in Philadelphia
and currently lives in New Jersey. He has worked
for UPS for 32 years, and currently works as an
International Industrial Engineer Manager. Mr.
Perry serves on the Board of Directors of West Catholic
High School, of which he is an alumnus. He is past
Commissioner of Washington Township soccer club, and
coached soccer for 15 years.

| Mr. John Vincent Lunsford |

Is the director of Funeral Service
Education at Northampton Community College in Bethlehem,
PA. He is also the owner of the Snyder-Hinkle and
Lunsford Funeral Home in Bethlehem. Mr. Lunsford
is a third generation funeral director and holds
bachelor and masters degrees from the University of
Memphis. He is formerly the president of Eastern
Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Association.

| Debra L. Long-Doyle |
| Assistant U.S. Attorney |
|
Debra Long-Doyle has been an Assistant United States
Attorney in the District of Columbia since 1984. She
has held numerous positions in the U.S. Attorney's
Office, including trial positions in both the local
Superior Court and in the U.S. District Court, as well
as several supervisory positions including Chief of the
Felony Trial Section and Executive Assistant U.S.
Attorney for Community Relations. As an Assistant U.S.
Attorney she has successfully handled over 100 jury
trials in both the local and federal courts and has
received numerous awards for her trial work and work in
the community. She is currently assigned as a Senior
Attorney in the Federal Major Crimes Section. Ms. Doyle
is also a member of the Board of Directors of the
Capitol Hill Community Foundation, serves on the Board
of Christian Education at Peoples Congregational United
Church of Christ and is a member of several civic and
legal organizations. She is an alumnus of Lincoln
University in Pennsylvania and American University
Washington College of Law in D.C. Ms. Long-Doyle is the
mother of two daughters, ages 11 and 19. She lives with
them and her husband Robert W. Doyle, Jr. in the
District of Columbia. On November 19, 1992, the Doyle
family tragically lost their 3 year old son, Benjamin
Gabriel Doyle following a sudden and brief illness
involving a rare hystiositic-related disease.
